Based on blueprints provided by customers, we conduct process design to verify compliance with work environments, JIS, foreign industrial standards, and of course customer specifications. This process design is carried out to create the processes necessary for manufacturing the product.
In precision machining, parts are processed with the highest emphasis on accuracy. We manufacture products with high precision by machining from cylindrical or square block materials. We have a large number of equipment to accommodate a variety of processing methods.
Our grinding is used to process parts that require higher precision. Machining accuracy is achieved by highly skilled workers using grinders and whetstones.
Assembly work combines multiple precision parts to create functional parts. Our products are meticulously hand-assembled and performance tested after assembly.
Special processes are regulated operations in the aircraft industry, and we are certified for non-destructive testing. We visually inspect each product to ensure that we do not deliver nonconforming products with cracks that occur during the process.
Nadcap (National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program) is a certification system ensuring a certain level of quality for suppliers in the aerospace industry. Companies meeting specific quality criteria are certified in various fields such as machinery, materials, processes, and systems within the U.S. aerospace industry.
